I'm not sure what to do with the cabbage. Do I wait for it to turn into a ball, like the cabbages in the grocery store, or do I eat the leaves as they reach a certain size? I've eaten a few of the leaves and although they are slightly bitter, the texture is incredible. I snipped off the lower, insect mutilated leaves and they are interesting looking again.  Posted by Hello
