All the Time is the Right Time for Frisbee

She never gives up. As far as she is concerned, my entire entire reason for living is to attend her and indulge her interests. While we were walking this morning the chihuahuas down the road attacked. She usually ignores other dogs when she is on the leash, but three of them followed us, barking, for almost a block, and when she turned and snarled at them they ran off screaming and crying like we had beaten them up. I hope they are too traumatized to get in the road for a while.

The last Day of November, 2005

Buddy and Guy should be stopping in any time now. They have been on the West coast for several weeks and might be surprised by the weather. It's in the lower 70's right now, but drops below freezing when the sun goes down, and even though there are no predictions, I'm sure we'll have a blizzard any day.

If I do a little each morning I might win the clutter in the pond battle. The willows are dumping all of their leaves and unwanted branches into the pond, which is not the best thing to happen - decaying organics eat oxygen.

A Cold November Night at Mr. Bill's Pond

I was risking a plunge into the pond, but as anyone can see, it was well worth the effort. These particular things have never been photographed before.

This is nice

Nice Colors

I've been trying to sneak up on the great blue heron, but no luck yet. I did manage to sneak up on these things while cleaning debris from the wind storms out of the pond.

Cold Day and the Pond

The wind is breaking a lot of limbs off of the willow trees, plus dumping leaves and tumble weeds into the water. I'll clean it when I get a day off of work.

Monday after Thanksgiving

Very cold this morning. My sister said that they received sleet and rain driven by cold winds in Northern New Mexico. The plains are interesting up close.

The Town - Then The Edges of Town

Juan Carbajal's Metal Art

Here are some better pictures of Juan's veterans memorial. It is sort of a sculpture, but he adds materials to it rather than chipping materials away from it.
