I Remember This Place

From 1970 until 1976 I watched nearly every sunset from approximately this location. In fact, I don't remember ever leaving the back yard for the entire year of 1976, so I probably caught all of them for a while. Everything was vibrantly colorful then (Is it now? I'm not sure I'd even notice.). My main focus in life was keeping up with the Grateful Dead (for which sunset watching was great practice), and then maybe passing some classes if I had any spare energy. Is this the child-like state I can expect to return to some day?
