It was in the upper 90's today and should be up to 100 tomorrow. 5:09 PM and energy draining hot right now.
Yesterday evening I was playing outside with Kilo and noticed a hummingbird along the chain link fence by the pond. It would pause in the space between the links and looked like a prisoner trying to escape between the bars. For a minute I thought it was probably a slow bird and didn't know to fly over the fence, then it got near me where the sun hit the fence just right and I could see that it was gathering spider webs.
