Where did the Early Spring go

This morning I was reminded that a garden requires some attention. I walk by this one every day and occasionally take a picture, but haven't really noticed it since the day it was planted. I was walking by, noticed a weed, and while I was pulling it out saw that the tomato plants look sort of sickly. Mainly the lower branches, but one is sick all the way to the top. This can't be good. I give them plenty of water, what else could they need? Something has also eaten big chunks out of the broccoli leaves - Rabbits? Maybe but I don't think they could bite a hole in the center of a leaf. Whatever is rolling around in the catnip at night? Probably closer. The destruction has a drunken or otherwise deranged air about it.
