Except for the Last of the Mosquitos

The weather has been mainly beautiful, especially in the early mornings and late evenings. The grass has almost stopped growing and the ornamental plants are dying back, but that is okay for this year. Yesterday, while doing my breathing exercises in the back yard, I spent almost an hour focused on a single blade of grass that was quivering in the breeze. How strange that of all the grass blades in my visual range, only one was being moved by the wind. The nights are very cool, and, according to my new sensitivity, very humid.

The pond water is very clear and clean but I still haven't seen any fish in a while.
