Geriatric Superstar

Kilo had a Dr. visit yesterday, and, hated it as usual. After the exam I asked him if she seemed to be in good health. He replied, "I hope I'm half as feisty as she is when I'm in my 80's". Actually she is just over 10 years old, and although I do understand the "translating dog years into human years" concept, it doesn't make me feel very good. It would be cruel to encourage an 80 year old woman to run across the yard, leap in the air, and catch a frisbee.

A red frisbee day Posted by Hello

09/30/04

It started raining at 12:30 AM and continued until about 8:00 PM. Total amount was about 1.1", which puts our monthly total at over 11", and the year total at nearly 25". It is a great change from the norm, but my house is starting to mold.

The frog photo isn't very clear, but it is a real frog and the closest I have gotten to one with a camera. As they age they should get slower and easier to photograph.

A nice day to turn 52 - and it appears that I have.
